1. Free Demo Before Commitment
To ensure students make an informed decision, Digital Grad Academy provides free live demo sessions prior to enrolment. We encourage every prospective learner to attend a demo and review the complete 25-module syllabus before enrolling.
2. Batch Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Registered learners may request a transfer to a subsequent cohort batch if unforeseen scheduling conflicts arise prior to batch commencement. Transparent transfer terms are provided during enrollment counseling.
3. Request Procedure
All formal cancellation or batch transfer inquiries must be submitted in writing to admissions at admissions@digitalgradacademy.com stating student registration details.
